Delete your Yetneh account

Delete it yourself in the app (fastest)

1. Open Yetneh and go to Account.
2. Tap “Delete my account” (at the bottom, below “Sign out”).
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted and you’re signed out immediately.

If you can’t access the app, email privacy@yetneh.com from the phone number or with details that let us identify your account. We’ll process the deletion and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your profile and personal details — name, phone number, and profile information.
• Your location data and tracking history.
• Your circle (“My People”) connections, messages, listings, and other content you created.

What is kept, and why

To meet legal and tax obligations, a limited set of transaction records (for example wallet and order history) is retained in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name or phone number — for the period the law requires, then deleted. This is the same as described in our Privacy Notice (sections 6 and 8).

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
